My name is Sarah and I'm afraid I've only been to one of your events - back in September last year.... because due to my surprise I met the most wonderful man on my first night! I have to say it was a great night, good crowd, good atmosphere etc. and my friends are still regular visitors.

On Valentine's Day 2002 I was at Singled Out thinking how nice it would be to have that someone special in your life....

Oh how your life can change in just 12 months.... from getting up, going to work, back home to an empty house every day to.... quite the reverse!

They say there's someone for everyone.... that I never believed until one evening at your club I noticed this beautiful woman who kept on pestering the DJ for requests and I thought to myself 'How do I get to know somebody like her? Maybe I should ask her to dance but what if she says NO! Do I take that risk or not? If she said YES- would I be heading for another disastrous relationship?

I told myself not to think negatively so I asked her to dance. To my surprise she said YES! .... and that was the start of something special- so special in fact that we got engaged on my birthday in August!

Since then we've bought a house together and what with today being Valentine's Day and also her birthday it seems only fair that today we should do something special.... and we have!

By the way I'd like to apologise for not being there tonight but today is the first day of our HONEYMOON!! (Yes! We got married today!)
